It’s primarily from music and things that grow around me. Nature is probably the most inspiring thing ever. It’s the most intriguing and weirdest thing you can find and see.

I don’t know. I don’t spend too much time thinking about it. I mean if anything I would say Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Elvis you know the same old.

I wouldn’t say no if the opportunity presented itself, again I would if I didn’t think I would do a good job for it. I’d love to be working with people who have the same vision or affinity. I love being able to also focus on my own line, its complete unrestricted freedom, and its rare in this profession.

Can’t answer. It kind of kills my idea if I talk about certain aspects of my work. Some things don’t need to be explained, some things are better left to the imagination of the beholder, and some things work better and are truer when not over analyzed.

ha-ha. Which one, have just finished working on four collections. Two for Myer and two for a company, which I am a contracted designer. As for the other four I have on the go right now. They’re not done so I don’t talk about them.

I am desperate for a little break. I hope to have a week off after fashion week in New York in September, re-group and be a little more centered. Maybe some free time to paint.
